A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (the age of 20) have been dead for about one year from March 8, 2018.

1. On March 18, 2019, at around 22:00 on March 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) threatened the Defendant with special intimidation by taking the knife, which is a dangerous object in the kitchen, in the Defendant’s residence located in the Gangseo-gu Steelwon C; and (b) pushing the victim’s breast and tear.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a knife, which is a dangerous thing, and threatened the victim.

2. On March 23, 2019, the Defendant, at around 23:00 on March 23, 2019, threatened the victim by acting in the same place as described in paragraph 1, and by acting in a knife, a dangerous object, if the Defendant’s horses are not heard, as if he were 2:3 times to knife the victim.
