On December 28, 2012, according to the above public offering, the Defendants presented a written estimate calculated at KRW 82,400,000 in the civil engineering cost to G, and Defendant B made a false statement to G that the amount of the construction cost offered by Defendant A exceeds KRW 82,40,000 in the civil engineering cost.

However, in fact, the amount of the civil construction cost executed by Defendant A is KRW 47 million, and the amount of KRW 16 million out of which is already paid by the former representativeJ of the victim company, the remainder of the construction cost remains more than KRW 31 million, and the estimate calculated by the above KRW 82,400,000 was written by Defendant A in a false manner.
