1. The Defendant’s KRW 31,00,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from August 12, 2019 to September 9, 2020 to the Plaintiff.

Although the plaintiff sought payment of 3,000,000 won as consolation money, in case where the property right is infringed due to other person's tort, mental suffering is also recovered by compensating for such property damage. In this case, it is difficult to see that there are special circumstances to see otherwise, and thus, the above part's claim is not accepted.
