1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 150,000,000 to the Plaintiff; and (b) 5% per annum from March 30, 2018 to July 13, 2020 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Although the plaintiff sought payment of 5,000,000 won as consolation money, if the property right is infringed due to other person's illegal act, the mental suffering is also recovered from the compensation for the property damage. Therefore, this part of the claim is rejected.
