A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a seafarer who is on board as a first class mate of a cargo ship D (16,715 tons, 20 passengers on board) of the nationality of the Republic of Korea, which navigates the deep sea area.

1. On July 21, 201, the Defendant: (a) when the Defendant was operating a sea area in the vicinity of the waveama by departing from the U.S. Tex Port on a July 21, 201; (b) while the Defendant was working in the steering house of the said ship; (c) the victim E, the 3rd mate and the 3rd class mate, the 3rd class mate, and the 30th class officer (ma, the 30 years old) was placed in the steering house as the pilot duty, he was flick with the face of the said victim; (d) he was flicked by the victim, who was accommodated in the dog, was flicked with the victim’s neck; and (e) was flick with the victim’s stroke, the victim’s stroke, the chest, and the right knc, thereby causing an injury in the unknown number of days of treatment.

2. Violation of the Seafarers Act;

A. At around 10:00 on July 2, 201, the Defendant: (a) instructed the steering house of the instant vessel that the captain F, who is under the captain’s command and supervision, should instruct the captain, who is the first mate, to the deck; and (b) assaulted the captain’s right side to the right side of the captain, on the ground that “the first class mate, who is not under the deck, directly handled the vessel.”

B. At around 18:30 on August 30, 201, the Defendant: (a) entered into an agreement with the captain F voluntarily prepared by the captain F in relation to the assaulting the third class mate E, such as the foregoing paragraph (1); (b) obtained signature from E, and then notified the company by telephone; (c) but (d) did not comply with the agreement, the Defendant was found in the captain’s office at around 20:00 on the next 31:00 on the date, and (d) displayed the written complaint prepared by the Defendant and filed a complaint on the ground that “E did not undergo hospital medical treatment without obtaining its signature.”

It is intended to establish the Yeongdeungpo-do Police Station.

In the future, it is impossible to get off vessels.
