1. The Defendant is the C representative of the Co., Ltd. in the third floor of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, who ordinarily employs three workers and operates export business of food materials;
When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay KRW 300,000 in total, KRW 1.8 million in total, KRW 1.8 million in June 2012, KRW 1.5 million in July 31, 2012, KRW 610,000 in E’s wages, from May 3, 2012 to May 15, 2012, KRW 1.371 million in total, working from June 1, 2012 to July 14, 2012, within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties to an extension contract.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Nevertheless, the Defendant is working from July 2, 2012 to August 3, 2012.
A retired worker G shall work for 1.2 million won in July 2012, 96,770 won in total, and 1,296,770 won in August 2012, and from December 20, 2012 to January 28, 2013.
A retired worker H shall work for the period from December 2012 to January 31, 2013, including 1,250,060 won in total, and 1,830,700 won in January 2013, and for the period from January 20, 2012 to January 31, 2013.
5,741,890 won in total, 2,614,420 won in December 2012, and 2,614,420 won in January 2013, to retired workers I did not pay 614,420 won in total within 14 days from the date of retirement, without any agreement between the parties on extension of the due date.
