A. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) B is 3/13 shares, Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff), C, D, E, F, and G respectively. 2/13.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of J on October 9, 1935 with respect to H Dae-gu Daejeon-gu H 826 square meters. On March 28, 1980, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of K on March 28, 1980, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant; hereinafter “Plaintiff”) on March 20, 1999 on the ground of the donation made on March 17, 199.

On April 18, 1977, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of L on April 18, 1977 with respect to the land size of 417 square meters in Daejeon Seo-gu I, Daejeon. The registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of M (3/13 equity), M (3/13 equity), C, D, E, F, G (2/13 equity equity) on May 19, 2006 due to the inheritance on July 30, 2005.

Plaintiff
The owned land and the Defendants’ land are located adjacent to each other. Of the land owned by the Defendants and the land owned by the Plaintiff, the land and the land owned by the Defendants are located adjacent thereto, and the land owned by the Defendants is registered as the number of land owned by the Plaintiff owned by the Defendants (the land owned by the Defendants on the building register, L, lot number U.S. H.), and the land owned by the Defendants or the land owned by the Defendants for the land owned by the Defendants (the land owned by the Defendants is registered as the land lot number owned by the Plaintiff in order of 13,22,21,21, 12,9, 9, and 17,000 square meters in the attached Table 16, 17, 18, 19, 201, 10, 17, 16, 17, 16, 17, 16, 17, 16, 16, 17, 16, 17, 16, 17, etc.).
