Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant forged official document: (a) was operated by her husband C at the Defendant’s home located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B lending 601 on July 10, 2017, around 13:00;

D Even after selling a ASEAN car, while keeping the vehicle parking sign (out of national merit) in the name of the head of the State veterans' office issued for the said car without discarding it, the above parking sign is removed and the vehicle number is removed, and the "E", which is the vehicle number of the car operated by the defendant as a private pension, was written.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a parking sign in the name of the head of the State Veterans Office, which is an official document.

2. The suspect holding forged official document display around 15:00 on November 15, 2018, at the G Hospital disabled parking zone located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, parked the eWM car operated by himself/herself in the zone of disabled persons with disabilities in Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and exercised it by attaching the forged parking sign to the driver’s seat glass as if it had been duly formed as if it were a disabled vehicle.

The purpose of forging an official document for the reason of sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act is to commit the instant crime in order to ensure the convenience of parking, and the criminal liability is to acquire minor illegal gains by committing the instant crime. The Defendant’s mistake is the primary offender, the Defendant’s age, sexual conduct, motive, means and consequence of the crime, and other conditions of sentencing indicated in the pleadings, such as the circumstances after the crime.
