The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The Defendant intruded into the construction site and advertised the object of the instant charges with the intent to steal the construction tools, etc. stored in containers, etc.

From October 201, 2016 to around 20:58 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the locked number at the entrance of the I Corporation’s warehouse located at H Corporation’s 102 Dong 1,2Ra, 102, and 4,240,000 won in the victim JJ’s 420,00 won; (b) destroyed the locked number at the entrance of the I Corporation’s material storage at the 102 Dong 1,2Ra, 100,000,000 won in the victim J’s 4,2420,000 won in the 3,60,000 won in the 17,000,000 won in the 17,80,000,000 won in the 181,000,000 won in the aggregate; and (c) caused the instant 4,181,000,00 won in the market price.

The Defendant: (a) destroyed the number locked installed on the entrance by using the studio tool in storage of materials at the 1st floor parking lot located underground in the site of the instant construction site at the time and time as described in the above 2nd paragraph; (b) destroyed the locked of the corrective device at the entrance; and (c) brought about the tools equivalent to KRW 320,000,000,000 in total of market prices, such as the 320,000,000 won owned by the victim L in the location.
