The lower court denied the benefit of confirming the instant lawsuit.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, although some inappropriate points in the reasoning of the lower court’s explanation, the conclusion that the instant lawsuit is unlawful is acceptable as a result, is acceptable. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal principles as to the procedure for ownership transfer registration and the benefit of confirmation in litigation

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
