The result of appraisal by an appraiser shall be respected unless the method of appraisal, etc. is against the rule of experience or is so obvious that it is unreasonable or unreasonable.

The lower court accepted the appraisal result of the first instance appraiser D on the market price of the instant land and assessed that the market price of the instant land was equivalent to KRW 219,275,00 on May 6, 2015.

Examining the above legal principles and records, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
