[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants were married in a marital relationship. From September 20, 2012 to February 2, 2019, the Defendants were operators of D, which are the special place drugs handling places in Gangwon-gun C, and the special place drugs handling places are allowed to exceptionally handle only some of the general drugs within a limited range, including safe and readily available drugs, fire extinguishing agents, and extinguishing control, etc., and subsequently, they purchased the said drugs and conspired to sell them in the said handling places, even though they cannot be treated as general drugs or prescription drugs, which do not correspond thereto.

1. No person, other than a pharmacist or herb pharmacist, may dispense drugs on or before February 18, 2019, and no person, other than a pharmacy founder, may sell drugs;

As seen above, the Defendants conspiredd and sold as follows: (a) around 18:00 on February 18, 2019, to E, a special place medicine handling station in Gangwon-gun C, which was located in Gangwon-gun C, mixed with drugs, such as alnasium, malthridine, Epir, Epirium, Epir, Epir, and new texratium.

2. No person other than the opener of a pharmacy to acquire illegal drugs shall sell or acquire drugs for the purpose of sale.

Even if the Defendants were not pharmacy founders, from around 2016 to February 2019, the Defendants acquired drugs listed in the attached list of crimes for the purpose of selling them from G employees of “F,” a pharmaceutical wholesale company, I employees of “H,” and K, a pharmaceutical wholesale company, for the purpose of selling them.
