Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 20, 2019, at around 10:50, the Defendant asked the victim C (here, 58 years of age) to restore the land from the place to the original state in the process of the construction of the water meter construction, and to the end of the construction work, the Defendant refused to answer the victim’s “drawing dys, dys, dys, dys, dys,” and “dys, dys, dys, dys, dys, dys, dys, dys, dys, dys, dys, dys, dys, dys, dys, dys, dys, and dys, dys, dys, and dys, dysing the victim’s body.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
