Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Criminal facts

On July 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced by the Seoul High Court to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 2, 2013.

1. Around 10:00 on September 2, 2012, the Defendant was driving a D-wing vehicle owned by C, which was stolen by approximately 15 km from the construction site at Yangju-si B on the same day to the upper end of 11:00 on the same day from the government of the Dongwon-dong 181 on the same day.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Inception measures) and the Defendant committed a violation of the Road Traffic Act as a person engaged in driving of D-wing vehicles on September 11, 2012, driving the above vehicle in the direction of the city in the direction of the C-wing Station in Seoul, by driving it on September 2, 2012, and driving it in the direction of the C-wing Station in the direction of the C-wing Station in Seoul.
