Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2018, at around 23:50, the Defendant: (a) expressed the desire of the Defendant, such as: (b) in the front corridor of the elevator of the 9th apartment building B, the 112 report, and (c) the Defendant demanded that the Defendant return home to the Defendant; (b) the circumstances E and F belonging to the D District Unit of the Mansan Police Station, which was called upon upon receipt of the 112 report; (c) under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant used the said police officer “Il Chewing Chewing Chewing”; and (d) assaulted the chest of the said F on one occasion in drinking by having the said police officer go home to go home to the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 report processing.
