1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Of the 93.70 square meters of the underground floor of the building listed in the attached list, each indication of the attached Form 1, 2, 5, 6, and 1.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Since the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Oct. 1, 2015; and the statutory interest rate was 15% per annum, the part on delay damages in the Plaintiff’s claim in this case is partially dismissed.
