1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 6% from September 4, 2014 to April 5, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The statutory interest rate of 15% per annum is amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Oct. 1, 2015; the provision on statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings. Therefore, the part on the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages is partially dismissed.
