G On April 27, 2011, the Seoul Northern District Court sentenced three years to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) and completed the execution of the sentence on March 15, 2014.

1. Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, and Defendant G’s violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry is the actual owner of the game room, and is in charge of the overall operation of the game room, such as the installation, settlement, exchange, and management of the game machine. Defendant E, as the head of the game room business, provided guidance to the employees working in the game room, and provided guidance to enable customers to engage in the game. 7. 17.경까지 위 게임장에서 등급분류를 받지 아니한 사행성 유기기구인 ‘바다이야기’ 게임기 53대를 설치한 후, 피고인 B, 피고인 C이 밖이 보이지 않도록 창문에 커튼을 설치한 일명 ‘깜깜이차’를 이용하여 손님들을 태우고 오면 그 손님들로부터 돈을 받고 미리 준비한 충전카드에 그 금액 상당의 포인트를 충전하여 주고, 손님들로 하여금 카드인식기에 충전카드를 인식시키고 우연에 의하여 같은 그림이나 숫자가 연속적으로 나열되는 결과에 따라 미리 정해진 배율에 의하여 점수가 올라가는 ‘바다이야기’ 게임을 실행하게 한 다음, 손님들이 위 게임물을 이용하여 획득한 점수 1점을 현금 100원으로 환전(수수료 10%)하여 주었으며, 피고인 E은 손님들이 위 게임장에 도착하면 CCTV를 살펴 안전한지 확인 후...
