The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The Defendant, who was not submitted the appellate brief, received the notification of the receipt of the trial record by public notice on November 30, 2019, and did not submit the appellate brief within 20 days after the deadline for submitting the appellate brief. The appellate brief does not contain any grounds for appeal, and the appellate brief does not contain any grounds to reverse the lower judgment ex officio after examining the record.

2. If so, the defendant's appeal should be dismissed by decision pursuant to Articles 361-4 (1) and 361-3 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, or as long as the pleading has been completed, it shall be dismissed by judgment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
