The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around August 30, 2015, the Defendant acquired a copy of the instant card, which was owned by the victim F, at the E store located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, on August 30, 2015.
Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim and embezzled the property as he had on his own mind.
2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;
A. On August 30, 2015, around 18:45, the Defendant: (a) presented to the Defendant as if he was the Defendant’s credit card holder; (b) he/she purchased the instant card at a set of “H” operated by the victim G in the instant D, as set forth in paragraph (1).
A false statement was made.
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he received the delivery of the above credit card.
As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) received from the victim, the amount of KRW 3,00 of the market value at the seat, and one sealing; and (c) signed and used the sales slips and lost credit cards.
B. On August 30, 2015, the Defendant, at the “J” operated by the victim I in the above D on August 30, 2015, by deceiving the victim in the same manner as that of the above paragraph (a), was provided by the victim, who is in the position of the victim, with one arms and sludge equivalent to the total market value of KRW 65,00,00, and used the above credit card signed and lost on the sales slip.

On August 30, 2015, around 18:53, the Defendant, “L” operated by the victim K in the above D, by deceiving the victim in the same manner as the above paragraph (a), and was provided by the victim, who was under his jurisdiction, with one son, at the market price of 12,00 won, and used the above credit card, signed and lost on the sales slip.
