A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 2, 2017, the Defendant used violence, such as blocking a woman who wants to get a taxi from Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, blocking him/her and her from her, and putting him/her a knife a knife a knife a knife a knife to a knife a knife, after receiving a separate notice from his/her female on April 2018. As a result, the Defendant interfered with the above police officers' legitimate performance of their duties on the protection of crime victims, and at the same time, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim G (the age of 43) such as the upper side of the left shoulder in need of treatment for about two weeks, injury on the victim F (the age of 33), and injury on the victim H (the age of 30) such as fuckbucks that require approximately three weeks of treatment.
