Summary of Evidence

In addition to the punishment of fines for these crimes, there are no particular criminal records except for these crimes, but the defendant's operation period and profits accrued therefrom, general amounts of punishment in the same and similar cases, balance of the defendant's age, occupation, sex, sex, family relationship, living environment, circumstances leading to the crime, etc. shall be determined as ordered by taking full account of the following factors, such as the defendant's age, occupation, sex, living conditions, and circumstances after the crime.
