The defendant shall pay 14,700,000 won to the plaintiff. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.
Paragraph 1 can be provisionally executed.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On May 4, 2018, the Plaintiff leased 44.22 square meters of the first floor among the buildings on the land in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the Defendant as KRW 20 million, monthly rent of KRW 1.9 million (2.90,000,000,000,000,000 won, including the value-added tax), monthly rent of KRW 1.9 million, and cleaning expenses.
B. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the sum of the seven-month rent and cleaning expenses for the period from October 20, 2018 to January 5, 2020, an amount of KRW 14.7 million [209 million + 10,000 won + 7] during the period from October 20, 2018.
