A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing a psychotropic drug camblopon (one-name clopon; hereinafter referred to as “copon”);

가. 피고인은 2015. 7. 10. 오전경 인터넷을 통해 중국에 체류 중인 C이 게시한 필로폰 판매 광고 글을 발견하고, C과 스마트폰 채팅 어플리케이션 ‘위챗’을 통해 대화한 뒤 C로부터 필로폰 약 2g을 100만 원에 구입하기로 하였다.

On July 10, 2015, around 12:13, the Defendant remitted KRW 1 million to the account in the name of the E designated by C from the account in the name of the Defendant’s mother D to the account in the name of one bank in the name of E.

At around 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant distributed the G building outer walls located in the Seo-gu Incheon, Incheon, with approximately 1 g of phiphonephone, which was ordered by C, contained in a plastic package H in the domestic philophone delivery book H.

On July 20, 2015, the Defendant continued to receive 1g of the remaining written phone from C on July 20, 2015, and around 10:00 on the same day, H, who was instructed by C on the street in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, directly received approximately 1g of the written phone, which was concealed in the V, through the CJ Round.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased 2g philophones from C.

B. On July 21, 2015, the Defendant dialogueed to purchase KRW 2 g of Handphones through the Handphone hosting with C around the morning, and transferred KRW 100,000 to one bank account in the name of E designated by C from the bank account in the name of D at around 15:46 on the same day.

At around 11:00 on July 22, 2015, the Defendant directly received approximately 2 g of philopon, which was concealed in the V where H, who received C’s instructions from the J, located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, was sent through the CJ CJ-based home line.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased approximately two g of philophones from C.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On July 10, 2015, the Defendant purchased a penphone at around 20:0, as described in paragraph 1(a), at the Defendant’s residence of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government KSL 304.
