A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 28, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Southern District Court for the crime of interference with business, etc. on March 26, 2019, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul Southern Prison on March 26, 2019. On February 11, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of interference with business,

1. On February 8, 2020, at around 16:30 on February 8, 2020, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant operation by force for about 20 minutes, such as: (a) at the “LL” restaurant operated by the victim K in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) at large rates, the Defendant dumped to “Cune, femine,” and made two customers entering the restaurant in which the crop and the crop spas are unfolded, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant operation.

2. At around 17:15 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) expressed that “L” in front of the “L” in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul; (b) a slope N belonging to the Seoul Geumcheon Police Station Mountainous District, which was dispatched after having reported 112 of the same content as described in paragraph (1), intends to confirm the Defendant’s fact, and assaulted the police officer’s left right side of the said police officer one time on the right bridge.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

The Defendant, from around 21:30 on December 30, 2019 to 22:20 on the same day, instructed the victim to the effect that he/she would interfere with his/her singing business by force, such as: (a) he/she found the victim and asked the victim to prepare a written agreement during criminal proceedings; and (b) he/she asked the victim to the effect that he/she would interfere with his/her business in the instant singing room; (c) on the ground that the victim’s continuous demand to leave the singing room does not go from the singing room; and (d) he/she interfered with the victim’s singing room business by force by force, such as: (a) the victim’s continuous demand to leave the singing room; (b) the customer talks with the high character in front of the singing room; and (b) the customers are unable to come into the singing room.
