Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. As a constructed rental house under Article 2 subparagraph 2 of the Rental Housing Act, W Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “W”) completed the registration of preservation of ownership on June 20, 203 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet in Yangju-si, S, T, and U ground V apartment complex. On November 6, 2003, X Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “X”) completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the attribution of trust property, and WW, X, and Y Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Y”) completed each registration of ownership transfer in sequence.
B. Defendant E, G, I, J, M, andO concluded each lease agreement with respect to the pertinent leased object among the real estate listed in the following table and the attached list:
[Attachment List 1, Y E E. Nov. 10, 206, KRW 100,000,000,000 for monthly lease deposit for the lessee of the object of lease. [Attachment List 2, G G. 4,5 million on July 27, 2002, and KRW 1,00,000,000 on May 31, 2008, as shown in [Attachment List 3, paragraph 4, 5,000 won on Oct. 24, 2002, KRW 5,00,000 on May 31, 2008, [Attachment List 5,000,000 won on May 31, 2008, KRW 5,000,000 on July 304, 200, KRW 5,500,000 on May 31, 200,000.
(1) As to the real estate listed in attached list No. 1, Plaintiff A completed the registration of transfer of ownership on August 18, 201. On August 10, 2012, Plaintiff C completed the registration of transfer of ownership with Plaintiff C, and Plaintiff C completed the registration of transfer of ownership with Plaintiff D Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Plaintiff D”) on August 10, 2012.
(2) As to the real estate listed in attached list No. 2, Plaintiff A completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 18, 201, and on September 25, 2013, Plaintiff D completed the registration of ownership transfer based on trust.
(3) As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 3, 4, 5, and 6, Plaintiff A completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 21, 201, and Plaintiff B Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Plaintiff B”) on the same day.
