The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

1. The fact-finding and judgment of the first instance court are justified even if the evidence submitted in the first instance court citing the judgment of the first instance is based on the evidence submitted in this court.

Therefore, the reasoning of this court concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance except for correction as set forth in the following Paragraph (2). Thus, this court shall accept it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420

2. A correction shall be made to “persive” of the second nine parallels of the judgment of the first instance.

3. Thus, the plaintiff's claim should be dismissed as it is reasonable.

The judgment of the first instance is just based on the conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
