When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A defendant is a person who raises 110 marins in Daegu-gun District. A person who discharges, collects, transports, disposes of, or spreads livestock excreta, manure, or liquid manure shall not commit an act that discharges or is likely to bring livestock excreta, manure, or liquid manure into public waters by discharging or neglecting it or by spraying it in breach of the standards for spraying liquid manure.

Nevertheless, the Defendant from July 1, 2014

7. Until March 2, 200, livestock excreta equivalent to one ton of 110 mil cowss generated at the above livestock shed facilities were left unattended and leaked out of the farm as well as rainwater.
