Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who discharges, collects, transports, disposes of, or spreads livestock excreta, manure, or liquid manure shall not commit an act of discharging or neglecting it or spraying liquid manure in compliance with the standards for spraying liquid manure into public waters. Nevertheless, on September 6, 2019, the Defendant introduced, however, in a way that he/she discharges, or is likely to flow, non-exploitable excreta into public waters through pipes installed therein, about 1 km through pipes installed therein.
