A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2017, at around 03:40, the Defendant took a bath to the victim E (55 years) who is a worker with meals in the next table table in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the victim F (53 years old) who was a flusium and provided meals, on the ground that he/she provided a flusium in a large voice, and provided a flusium, within the “D flusium, flusium, flusium,” and the victim E wishes to do so.
