Punishment of the crime

[2] On December 1, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of two million won for a violation of road traffic law in the Daegu District Court’s support on December 1, 2006, and on March 27, 2008, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for the same crime, etc., and six million won for a fine in the same court on November 13, 2015, respectively.

On June 11, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.169% in blood without a motor bicycle driver’s license on June 11, 2017, the Defendant driven a non-registration of 49cc Austria in the 1km section from the front side of the permanent residence at about 0.169% in alcohol level to the roads near the D High School located in the same city C.
