A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Seized gas bags (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

Of the facts charged in the instant case.

Punishment of the crime

1. A suspender building or an attempted fire prevention;

A. On May 10, 201, at around 17:40, the Defendant: (a) placed the second floor of the building that four households, such as the victim D, etc., in the Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, used as a residence; and (b) placed the building in the second floor of the building that they used as a residence, as soon as possible, and as gas bags in possession, but the victim discovered and extinguishing it.

As a result, although the defendant tried to board a building used as a residence by the victim, he did so promptly and then did so with the wind that is extinguishing by the victim, etc. before the fire was moved to the wall.

B. On October 23, 201, around 14:50 on October 23, 201, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim’s clothes side of the victim D’s laundrying machine in the storage room; (b) placed the fire using the gas bags in possession; (c) but the victim discovered and safed the fire.

As a result, although the defendant tried to board a building used as a residence by the victim, he did not commit an attempted wind that is extinguishing by the victim, etc. after setting fire to the storage tank as soon as possible.

2. On April 11, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 14:52, 201, on the part of Kimcheon-si, the Defendant: (b) around the second floor of the building used by four households, such as the victim D in Kimcheon-si, in a store owned by the victim E in the second floor of the building used as a residence; and (c) laid fire to the paper door, which is located therein, inside the warehouse and the wall and the window of the victim D’s dwelling.

Accordingly, the defendant destroyed the wall wall and window of the victim E's dwelling area of 1 million won or more at the victim E's market price.
