Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On April 17, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jeonju District Court on April 17, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeonju Prison on August 16, 2013.

1. From around 06:40 on August 23, 2014 to 07:00 on the same day, the Defendant brought a 200,000 won of the market price charged with the electric code, while the victim E was locked, at the Doro or the 2nd floor soup, during the soup period between 06:40 on August 23, 2014 and 07:00 on the same day, the Defendant brought a 5 mobile phone with a white flusium 5,00,000 won at the market price of Samsung G owned by the victim F in the above place, and brought a 40,000,000 won of the market price of Samsung G owned by the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen three mobile phones equivalent to 1260,000 won in total.

On September 29, 2014, the Defendant issued a proposal to grant KRW 150,00,00 to the Suwon Station located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and to the 365 Civil Service Center in the Suwon-si, the Defendant issued a proposal to grant two copies of the confirmation of his/her signature to the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and received K’s driver’s license.
At around 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant filed a request with a public official in charge of personal signature to issue two copies of a certificate of personal signature at the above Suwon Station 365 Civil Service Center, and requested the above person to present his/her identification card, and presented his/her driver's license to K, which is an official document in possession as above, as if it were his/her driver's license.
