1. Defendant D’s KRW 108,613,438 against the Plaintiffs and 5% per annum from August 27, 2014 to February 12, 2015.

Reasons

Plaintiffs’ Claim against Defendant D

(a)as shown in the reasons for the attachment of the claim;

(b) Plaintiffs’ claim against Defendant E and F by means of service under Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts

A. Basic facts 1) The Plaintiffs were deceased on February 9, 2014 (hereinafter “the deceased”).

Defendant D’s children, and Defendant D was de facto in a de facto marital relationship with the deceased.
