1. Defendant C Co., Ltd. shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,168,310 as well as to the day of full payment from July 22, 2017 to the day of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The relationship between the parties 1) Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”).

(2) On August 19, 2015, the Plaintiff is a company engaging in real estate rental business, and Defendant B is the representative director of the Defendant Company. (3) On August 19, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement on a part of the second floor of the D-based commercial building (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with the Defendant Company on the second floor of the D-based commercial building (hereinafter “instant store”). E is a person who introduced the Defendants to the Plaintiff and operates the instant marina by mediating the conclusion of the instant lease agreement and being entrusted by the Plaintiff.

B. The main contents of the instant lease agreement concluded around August 12015, which entered into the instant lease agreement and entered into a lawsuit telephone, are as follows, and the Plaintiff paid KRW 30 million to the Defendant Company around that time.

Article 2 (Duration) The lessor shall deliver the said real estate to the lessee by July 20, 2015, in a condition that it can use and benefit from the said real estate for the purpose of the lease, and the lease period shall be from the date of delivery to July 19, 2017 (24 months).

Article 4 (Termination of Contract) If the deferred amount of rent falls short of the two-term rent, or if the lessee violates Article 3, the lessor may terminate the present contract without delay.

Article 5 (Termination of Contract) The lease contract shall be terminated.
