Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 250,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In around 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud from Algerts Life Insurance Co., Ltd., etc., and was released, and thereafter, he was detained by manipulating documents by the Algerts Life Insurance Co., Ltd. at the time of release.

1. On July 12, 2012, around 11:00, at Algerts Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd. in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, sought a disturbance, such as “at the time insurance payment documents were operated,” and “I wish to die before the building”, thereby obstructing civil petitioners from performing their duties by force.

2. From around 14:45 on July 12, 2012 to 15:34 on the same day, the pertinent center interfered with the civil petition affairs of the pertinent center by force by preventing the civil petitioners from performing their duties by putting the following acts into a balone set of a ballon, which was held by the street trees of the said center as soon as possible, and committing an act of treating the trees of the said center due to one’s own item.

3. On July 12, 2012, from around 16:56 to 17:05 on the same day, the civil petition center obstructed the civil petition center’s work by force by force by preventing civil petitioners from performing their duties by sounding and avoiding disturbance in the same manner as the above paragraph (2).
