A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence 3 shall be confiscated.

1.20,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the Metropha (the Mesophopopon) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. Sale and purchase of cryptop sheeters;

A. On December 2015, the Defendant received and sold approximately KRW 0.7g of 23:00,000 from D Bank front streets located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C, to E, approximately KRW 0.7g of merpters, which are contained in vinyl wings.

B. On December 2, 2015, around 23:00, the Defendant received and sold approximately KRW 0.7g of 20,000,000 to E, from the street front of the D Bank located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C, which was contained in vinyl wings.

2. Medication of Metropha;

A. On November 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a mutual influorial hotel located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Guro-gu, with a single-name “F” and a single-name “G”; (b) opened a mert cryptopist in a booming place; and (c) administered as a bruter in a manner of inhaleing smoke by using the brush as soon as possible.

B. On December 2015, 2015, the Defendant administered the said G in the house of the above G located in Guro-gu Seoul, Guro-gu, with the said F and G, in the same manner as the merptist in quantity.

On March 1, 2016, the Defendant administered the following in the mutual influorite conference in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, along with the name "J" of the first female-friendly job offers of I and I, in the same manner as the merptist in quantity.

On March 3, 2016, around 13:00, the Defendant administered the following in the same manner, along with the “L” at the mutual influence in the street park located near the Dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Guro-gu, Seoul, and with K and one-day “L”.
