Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On July 15, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for violation of the Narcotics Control Act (fence) and four years of suspended execution, and on July 12, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the first branch court in the Chuncheon District Court on July 12, 201, and the said suspended execution becomes null and void, and the execution of each of the above suspended sentence was completed in the Gangnam Branch prison on December 7, 2013.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is an unqualified person for handling narcotics.

1. Purchasing crypoids;

A. On January 5, 2016, the Defendant purchased 600,000 won to F and approximately 0.7g of mert ambamins in the near Ethmpi-gu, Ansan-si.

B. On February 10, 2016, at around 18:00, the Defendant purchased one disposable injection device containing approximately KRW 5.10,000 to I and approximately KRW 0.7g of Meptamins around the convenience points of Hel located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

2. Medication of Metropha;

A. On February 10, 2016, at around 18:30, the Defendant: (a) injected the volume of 0.05g (05g) a single-time medication from among the Metetopists purchased, as described in paragraph 1-b, at the trade influorite guest room located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Busan; and (b) injected it into a single-use injection machine; and (c) injected it into the blood-related body.

B. At around 21:00 on the same day as paragraph (a), the Defendant administered the volume of 0.05g (05g), one time, among the Meart cancers purchased as set forth in paragraph (1)(b), at K hotel rooms in Gangnam-gu Seoul High Court.

On February 12, 2016, the Defendant administered a dose of 0.05 g (05 g) one time among the Mepters purchased from M Hotel L in the So-dong, So-gu, So-called So-called, So-called, Sinsan-si L in the above manner.

3. The Defendant provided Mept Ampis to N who is a de facto marital wife at the time and place specified in paragraph 2-b, and provided Mempis to N who is a de facto marital wife.
