A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On April 10, 2014, the defendant was found in the family of the victim C (n, 10 years of age) who was the victim C (n, 10 years of age) with the victim's mother E who had a certificate of alcoholic content, and was in the family of the defendant who was in F in the same city F on the same day at around 10:30 of the same day.
