1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) indicated the attached Form No. 1, 2, among the real estate listed in the attached Form No. 1 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On May 21, 2013, the Plaintiffs and the Defendant concluded a lease agreement with the Plaintiffs regarding the lease deposit amounting to KRW 10 million from June 5, 2013 to June 5, 2015, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 500,000,000 from the real estate listed in the separate sheet. Accordingly, the Defendant paid the Plaintiffs the above lease deposit amount of KRW 10,000,000,000 to the possession and use thereof.

B. On May 21, 2013, E, the Plaintiffs and the Defendant, entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiffs on the lease deposit amount of KRW 20 million from June 5, 2013 to June 5, 2015, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 1 million, and E paid the Plaintiffs the above lease deposit amount of KRW 20 million.

C. On the other hand, on December 30, 2013, the Defendant succeeded to the right of lease regarding E’s above F and G heading room with the consent of the Plaintiffs, and on December 30, 2013, the Plaintiffs and the Defendant drafted a lease agreement (a lease agreement (a lease agreement of the Plaintiffs, the lessee, the lessee, the lease deposit amount of KRW 20 million, the monthly rent of KRW 1 million, and the lease period from December 30, 2013 to June 5, 2015).
