Punishment of the crime

1. No person who is not an entrusted business entity with the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity shall gambling in return for offering property or property benefits to persons who win at the betting results by issuing sports betting tickets or similar;

Nevertheless, from September 28, 2014 to September 21, 2017, the Defendant connected to “E (F, G, H, etc.)” (E), an Internet illegal sports soil entertainment site, using mobile phones from the Defendant’s residence in Ansan-si, Ansan-si from around September 28, 2014 to around September 21, 2017, deposited KRW 26,77,000 over 2381 times in the deposit account designated at the above site, such as the Defendant’s account (J) and the corporate bank account (K) as shown in attached Table 1, and received the corresponding amount of money. After predicting the result of the domestic and foreign sports sports competition, the Defendant dambling the game money in accordance with the set dividend rate and dambling it by using a similar act prohibited under the National Sports Promotion Act by paying the amount of betting money to the operator of the above site.

Nevertheless, from September 30, 2014 to March 12, 2017, the Defendant visited “E” (O), which is an online sports earth and entertainment site, from the Defendant’s residence in the Silung apartment M, to a cell phone, and deposited KRW 34,210,00 over 246 times in total with the deposit account designated from the Defendant’s name, in the N Bank account, company bank account (P), etc. as shown in attached Table 2.
