A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (sexual purchase, etc.) sent KRW 1,197,243 by means of credit transfer,F, etc. for the purpose of sexual intercourse (hereinafter “one-day life remaining”) from July 2, 2018 to October 21, 2018, and accumulated 1,197,243 won in return for gifts, such as cosmetics, clothes, clothes, weather containers, necks, etc. on April 17, 2018, with the knowledge that the said C was a minor, and contacted about six months from the D, E, etc., with the knowledge that he/she was a minor, and then sent the total amount of KRW 1,197,243 from July 2, 2018 to October 21, 2018.

As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

2. On November 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim C (a) to communicate with other men and to receive one’s communication well on the ground that the victim C (a name, far, 17 years of age) was in contact with other men and was located in the Defendant; and (b) sent a E message to “H Habner School will not be assigned, and I want to comply with it,” and carried out as if the victim’s personal information was known to other men.

On November 20, 2018, the Defendant continued to send the message to the victim, “I am am satch satch, am satch satch, and am satch amsat, I am am satch, and I am am satch, I am am am satch, I am am am satch, I am am am am satch, and I am am am sat.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim.
