Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30, at the Government-si B, 3rd floor C Party C, and (b) at the victim D (46 tax) and the Guide, the Defendant used the victim’s sexual flag at one time, and (c) when the victim demanded the apology, the Defendant assaulted the victim at one time at the right shoulder of the victim’s right shoulder as a dangerous object located in the Guide.
