A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant had a mind to marry with Korean people without true will to marry with the aim of acquiring Korean nationality with the Chinese nationality.

On May 2, 2013, the Defendant prepared an international marriage contract with E at D International Marriage Enterprises operated by C, located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and had E report of marriage.

1. On June 4, 2013, at the Bupyeong-gu Office civil service center of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, which believed the defendant to be true that the defendant is married, the facts were reported falsely to the public official by having the public official in charge of the marriage report stating "E", "F", "G", "G", etc. in the name column of the husband's column of the marriage report form kept in the public service center as if there was no intention of marriage although there was no intention of marriage, and thereby making him enter the marriage report form in the public service center into the name column of "E", resident registration number column, "F", and "G", etc. in the name column of the wife column of the public service center.

Accordingly, the defendant had a public official E make a false report to record false facts in the family register electronic data processing system, which is a public electronic record.

2. The Defendant had a public official E make a false report to a public official, whose name is unknown at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), and had the said public official store and operate a family register electronic information processing system, which is a public electronic record containing any false fact.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a false official electronic record.
