Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving of B rocketing vehicles.

On January 23, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle without obtaining a driver's license at around 22:40 on January 23, 2013, and led the Defendant to drive the above vehicle along the four-lanes of the 4-lane radius from the spoke-dong Bridge to the Ktex-section.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by operating a motor vehicle safely while accurately operating the steering direction and brakes.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and caused the damage to the right side of the victim C, which was standing on the right side of the road due to the negligence of driving the vehicle on the right side of the road.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, destroyed the damaged vehicle so that the amount of KRW 2,142,956 is equivalent to the repair cost, but failed to immediately stop and take necessary measures and escaped on the site.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving of the said vehicle at a section of about 1 km from the Ganyang-gu Integrated Athletic Zone parking lot in Goyang-si to the roads of about 2284-5 of the said Act without obtaining a temporary driver's license for a motor vehicle as provided in paragraph (1).

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as mentioned in paragraph (1), operated the above Bana vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, on a temporary basis.
