1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s status and each of the service marks, etc. of this case are Plaintiff (the trade name before the change is “Korea International Exhibition Corporation,” and the registration of change is completed on December 26, 2006 with its trade name as of December 26, 20

) A company established on December 18, 2002, including the establishment and operation plan of the exhibition conference center, the establishment, management and lease of facilities of the exhibition conference center, and the holding of domestic and foreign exhibitions and exhibitions. Of the Plaintiff’s trade names, KINEX shall be referred to as “Plaintiff exhibition center” (hereinafter “Plaintiff exhibition center”).

(2) On January 25, 2005, the Plaintiff: (a) transferred the main office to the Republic of Korea International Exbr in the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “Korea Exbr”); (b) on January 25, 2005, the Plaintiff opened an indoor exhibition center with the name of the said lot number 2306 square meters [the name of the said lot number is 2600, 2600, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, the Hanyang-si, the Hansan-si, the Hanyang-si, the Hanyang-si, the Hansan-si, the Hansan-si, the Hanyang-si, the Hansan-si, the Hanmun-gu, and the area of the said lot was changed to 217-60, and the area of the said place was 30,000 square meters in the indoor exhibition center as of April 29, 2005; and (c) the area of the said area was 1530, 1615,2106,21.

3) The Plaintiff is the holder of each of the following registered service marks (trademarks) (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant service marks” in this case. In individual cases, the Plaintiff is indicated in the same manner as “instant service marks”.

In addition, each service mark of this case, "KINTX", "KINTX", which is the letter mark of each service mark of this case, shall be marked in the same manner as "the mark of this case," and "the mark of this case," respectively.
