1. Defendant A of the facts charged in the instant case is a spouse who has completed a marriage report with C on August 29, 1994. A.

According to the records, the facts that Defendant A’s spouse, who is the complainant, has entirely revoked the complaint against the Defendants on February 28, 2013, which was after the prosecution of the instant case, can be acknowledged.
