1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a company with four nuclear power headquarters (Seuri,eng, Calop, Calop, and U.S.) and Han River Power Headquarters established under the Korea Electric Power Corporation around 2001, which engages in power generation and related business by using 9,000 full-time workers.

The plaintiff was employed by Korea Electric Power Corporation on March 5, 1985 and worked as the defendant around 2001 while serving as the leader of the Ulsan Nuclear Power Headquarters B Team at the Ulsan Nuclear Power Center from January 2008.

B. The Development Agency of the Defendant’s headquarters prepared a daily business log and sent it to the employees of at least the head office level in each business place, and the Plaintiff sent the above daily business log from around 2010 to March 2012 to the president of D (hereinafter “D”) who is a collaborative company that supplies measurement materials to the Defendant.

C. On June 27, 2011, the Plaintiff sent a text message stating that “I would like to make it more helpful for E to move to a position at the end of the year whether I would be able to make a gift, even though I would know that I would not be infected,” and that I would like to get a thickness of I would like to move to a position at the end of the year.” On the same day, E sent a text message stating that “I would be able to prepare for the Plaintiff if I would have designated a spread,” and on June 28, 2011, the Plaintiff sent to E a text message stating that “I would have to prepare for the Plaintiff.” On June 28, 2011, the Plaintiff sent to E.

In addition, around July 201, the Plaintiff received a spread from E and gifts it to F with the Director of the Ulsan Atomic Energy Headquarters B Power Station around August 201.

On July 10, 2012, the chief prosecutor of the Ulsan District Prosecutors' Office sent a document stating that "the plaintiff requested the employees to provide golf loans to E on the ground that it is necessary for them to pay personnel expenses, and that the plaintiff received a spread equivalent to KRW 500,000 of the market price around July 2011."

E. On July 10, 2012, the Ulsan District Prosecutors’ Office’ Official Gazette officers distributed the news materials to the media, and the head of the team at the B-Power A shall be two years for the said news materials.
