Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Brane XG car.

On August 10, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 02:35, and got the signal waiting at the intersection while driving the D Company located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon along the two-lane road from the 4A to the 4 A-lane between the 4 A and the 4 A-lane.
