Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for an injury, etc. at the Changwon District Court on October 16, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 16, 2017.

At around 11:40 on May 15, 2017, the Defendant spite the victim C (36 tax) and the confinement room in Changwon Prison No. 2 Dong-dong, Changwon-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, 39, with a view to the situation of moving the victim’s face to the confinement room. On the other hand, the Defendant spite the victim’s face several times, and spite the victim’s face. Accordingly, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as a spite, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
